With this office, Costa Rica becomes the company's first Latin American location; from here, the company intends to expand its services in the region.

Delbridge’s office in Costa Rica is located in the
Solarium Corporate Center, in the province of Guanacaste, and represents the company's fourth Center of Excellence, thus joining the company’s other operations in Toronto, Canada; Delaware, United States; and Bucharest, Romania.
Jorge Sequeira, the Managing Director of

Law 10.234 has further strengthened competitiveness for regions outside the GAM, thanks to support for 4.0 incentives that facilitate investment, favor development in sectors with greatest potential, among them
Services, and create employment for Costa Ricans.
Delbridge Solutions anticipates hiring people with a wide range of skill levels, from recent college graduates for junior consulting positions to sales talent for strengthening their business development team, as well as technical positions and profiles with experience in software development. The company expects to hire up to 50 people over a 2-year period and is currently evaluating the possibility of opening an office in San José in early 2023.
