San José, Costa Rica. October 21st 2020. Equifax projects to grow by more than 100 positions in its Shared Services organization in Costa Rica before the end of the year. The new jobs are the result of a transformation process the company has undertaken that aims to provide a superior experience to customers and consumers.
Currently, Equifax employs approximately 1,300 people across two organizations: a Commercial team that offers data analysis products and services to the local market, and a Shared Services organization that provides support to Equifax operations around the world. These services are grouped in six areas:
● Operations: contact center and customer service, data management, process improvement and robotics process automation
● Sales and marketing: lead generation, sales support and telesales
● Finance and accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and accounting
● Technology: technical support, application development, quality, database management, systems maintenance and network infrastructure administration
● Security: cybersecurity and fraud monitoring
● Human resources: employee services
