innovations in 19 countries, has announced its arrival in Costa Rica – and with it, a plan to hire more than 200 people during what remains of 2022.
The company, which is globally recognized for its specialization in the

technologies that enable transformations in other companies, selected Costa Rica as the site for its first operations in Central America and the Caribbean.

These newest operations are part of the company's expansion plans in Latin America, where it recently confirmed its arrival in various cities throughout the region, including Barranquilla (Colombia), Arequipa (Peru), Viña del Mar (Chile), Monterrey (Mexico), and Bariloche and Tierra del Fuego (Argentina).
At the end of 2021, Globant reported billing more than $1.4 billion dollars and an annual growth of 30.7%.
