Health Prime is consolidating in Costa Rica and opening more than 100 job positions

San José, Costa Rica. November 19, 2021. Health Prime, a company that optimizes medical practices, will have more than 100 positions available for people who are searching for employment.
As part of expanding its operations in the national territory, the company is currently recruiting trained staff with a command of the English language and skills in customer service. It is important to have experience in medical insurance but it is not essential.
According to Jorge Lobo, the Health Prime Country Director, the company is seeking to continue to expand its operations to be able to increase the number of employees that currently work in the country.
“Costa Rica is a country with highly trained staff and with great human potential. Since the company arrived in the country, we have been growing and consolidating our operations thanks to the quality and commitment of our employees. Our objective is to continue to provide job opportunities, training, and professional growth for our employees,” Lobo explained.
The company is offering job positions in the area of Financial Services for Patients, which is a department specializing in handling calls from medical practice patients in the United States. The company is seeking to fill vacant positions in this department for call center agents, leaders, and team instructors.
Health Prime began operations in the country in December 2019 with 41 employees. Currently with a total of 80 employees, it provides support to medical practices throughout the full U.S. territory. The company is expected to multiply the initial number of co-workers by five for 2022.
The company offices are located in the Cariari Corporate Center, Heredia. At the world level, Health Prime has operations in the United States, India, and Costa Rica.
The company will participate in the CINDE Job Fair, which will take place on November 22 to 28, where people will seek to match the requested profile to begin with the people who are recruited.
