ServiceNow expands Costa Rica office as momentum in Latin America increases

San Jose, Costa Rica. August 5, 2024. ServiceNow, the AI platform for business transformation, has announced the expansion of its Costa Rica office as the company’s momentum in Latin America continues. ServiceNow expects to increase local headcount to more than 200 people by the end of 2024, and is hiring in areas such as information technology, sales operations, digital design, finance, and more. In addition, the company launched a new Costa Rica ServiceNow User Group, a digital community to connect ServiceNow users in the country.

This expansion of ServiceNow’s talent footprint comes after the company opened its first offices in March 2023 in the America Free Trade Zone (AFZ). With more than 150 employees in Costa Rica already, ServiceNow has made the country a key hub for its Latin America operations, benefitting from a significant tech talent pool and high educational standards.

ServiceNow has also launched its first Costa Rica ServiceNow User Group (SNUG), a digital community designed to create an ecosystem where members can collaborate in person and online to share best practices, collaborate, and hear directly from ServiceNow experts about the newest platform releases and innovation. By participating in the Costa Rica SNUG, members can expect to gain product knowledge that will help maximize their ServiceNow investment. The multinational now has openings for systems engineers, revenue accountants, technical product managers, partner success managers, senior database engineers, technical program managers, technical consultants, sales operations analysts, senior software engineers, digital designers, and other positions.
