The Results Companies will hire 300 more people for its Costa Rica Operations

San Jose, Costa Rica. July 16, 2015. The multinational company The Results Companies, which began its operations in Costa Rica on January 2014, announced the hiring of 300 more people in the remainder of 2015, reaching the total of 1,000 employees.
The Company requires bilingual personnel (English-Spanish) to fill in the job positions in the areas of Customer Services and Sales.
The Results Companies runs from Costa Rica its customer service operations for companies from the telephone, satellite radio, technology and services businesses, via telephone and email.
The company, located in the America Free Zone Park in Heredia, started operations with 30 people and grew to 700 employees in less than 24 months.
“This extraordinary growth is, without doubt, excellent news that foresees a very promising future for the company and its employees”, said the Minister of Foreign Trade, Alexander Mora. “The announcement of this extension reflects the existing credibility in Costa Rican human talent and in our solid capability of meeting the needs of the labor market. Juan Pablo Guzmán, Operations Director of the Site, said “we are open to hiring experienced employees as well as those who are just starting their work experience in this industry. We even developed a program recently (Near Hire) focused on refining the English level of those employees that would like to work with us, but whose level is a little below the minimum requirements that we have. So far we have hired 43 people this way in the last 30 days and we hope to continue with the plan. We believe in the development of our human resources, so most of our leadership positions grow internally. We want to position Costa Rica as a long term location, where we can coordinate further local growth and even in Latin America".
The Managing Director of CINDE, Jorge Sequeira, explained, “Costa Rica is globally recognized as one of the most competitive strategic hubs for attracting services projects, thanks to the excellent human talent found here. The sector has managed to consolidate itself over the years. From 2000 to 2014 the number of established companies has grown 20 times (reaching a total of 120) and we hope it continues growing”.
