In addition, the website
www.joblink.cr was visited by 65,000 users during the two weeks that the platform offered the 3,800 jobs available for the first half of the year.
Jorge Sequeira, General Director of CINDE, said: "Job Link is the first digital recruitment effort that we made as an organization, and that comes to complement other face-to-face initiatives that we have developed over the years. This year, we decided to innovate with this product and expand the benefits of face-to-face fairs to more people in the country, breaking with geographical barriers through technology. "
Irene Macaya, leader of the recruitment area of IBM Costa Rica commented: "In IBM we obtained through the Job Link platform, for 2 weeks (more extensive than in previous years), many candidate applications that allowed us to obtain quick and efficient access to quality digital profiles with skills required by the market. CINDE, through this new platform, allowed us to position IBM as a leading technology company, which seeks to develop cognitive businesses with computer security standards and promote the use of technological resources, like this platform, for the attraction of human talent in our country.
For Caroline Mata, regional manager of talent acquisition of Western Union, Job Link is an effective recruitment tool, since it allowed them to receive more than 600 applications of people interested in the different vacancies in the company. "With Job Link, we were able to find people who meet the main requirements we search for in several positions.
