data analysis, celebrated five years of operation in Pérez Zeledón, with the official inauguration of its new site, an investment of $6.5 million, which doubled the original figure the company planned to invest in Costa Rica a few years ago.
The decision to increase the investment figure responds to the strengths that Helm360 found in this location in the
southern region of Costa Rica, which motivated improvements in to guarantee high standards and support the company’s ambitious growth plans. Currently the company generates 100 direct jobs and plans to close the year with 30 new positions.
The new building has more than 400 m2 and has biometric entry systems for secure access and state-of-the-art conference rooms. In the middle of a natural environment, the building incorporates wood and has a sophisticated open concept distribution that encourages interaction and fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment.

For Helm360, the Costa Rican division became a robust strategic center vital for the expansion of the company in Latin America. The office provides a wide range of business management solutions, capable of offering technological support and consulting services to clients in United States (US), Canada and Europe. Likewise, its performance contributes significantly to the company's global footprint and generates a positive impact in Perez Zeledon, a priority for the company.
Five years of growth During its first five-year period, Helm360 Costa Rica diversified its offering in the country and developed a robust structure that serves clients in the finance, health, production and technology sectors. To date, 12 teams provide high-quality, personalized support in various specialized fields, such as: cloud and data solutions, marketing and recruiting for clients' talent development program in the US., government services, managed services, resource management, administration, human resources coordination, IT services and external client support.

Thus, from 2019 to date, Helm360 Costa Rica demonstrated a constant increase in its workforce. Currently the team is made up of almost 100 people, 54% of whom are women. With 22 years in the industry and given the nature of its service, all employees receive training to perform their jobs effectively, as well as learning circles for team leaders and managers.
Aligned with its vision of supporting the community, Helm360 promotes the hiring of people without experience. Newly recruited talent has a training plan that lasts two to six months, and also participates in training with international experts. Helm360 handles a variety of job profiles and always has open positions. By the end of 2024, it hopes to open 30 positions or more, depending on the projects that are completed, under the hybrid or remote model, and the position and preferences of the candidate.
